REFUND POLICY
No returns/exchanges/cancellations unless at sellers fault such as design, color, fonts. All sales are final. Please contact me if there is an issue! Any damage of items must be reported via email with pictures within 24hrs of delivery for a store credit or reship. If we agree that an exchange maybe done the item must be shipped back and received by us within 14 business days from the original date of delivery to you.
NON REFUNABLE / NON RETURNABLE
Any custom personalized items ( cups, clothing , gifts )that have been ordered or you have asked to change the original design can not be returned .
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
