When will my order ship?
Processing times are roughly 14 business days, which  do not include weekends or holidays. Picking priority shipping does NOT mean your order will ship within that many days; that’s the time USPS is giving you for them to deliver once shipped. Please note that is when we will ship an item, not the time frame an order will arrive from USPS. 


It shows the item is in stock, does that mean it’s ready to ship? 
 No - the only items that are ready to ship are those under the ready to ship section. We have to keep inventory for our purposes. 

What if there is an error with my order?
 Please email us at bantrybaycrafts@gmail.comcand we will do everything we can to fix an error. 

What's your cancellation policy?

 You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order. Once 24 hours have passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to process your order. During a sale we do not cancel or refund any orders. 

Are the colors exactly as pictured?

 Please note we our best to capture a true color , but do to everyones different settings on the screens it may appear slightly different.

What is your "warranty" on your vinyl?
 If something has happened to the vinyl on your cup, we will replace it as long as the order has been placed in the last two months and the appropriate care was taken. We rarely run into issues with our vinyl however. 

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't show up?

 If you have tracking on your order, we will do everything we can to help locate your order or replace your order. If you choose no tracking for shipping, we will not able to assist in locating or replacing your order
